The interesting part about organizations
with no trial period is that what you see is what you get.
One bad thing about the system is because the site has no
free trial period they may not try as hard to entice new
customers. Because of the fact that they may not be trying
to draw in new customers this may mean that they are
permanently satisfied with the system that they currently
have and thus won't attempt to improve the site. The world
of foreclosures and the lists involved change so frequently
that you need the information to move at a steady pace and
to be accurate. If a site is well established however you
can get plenty of reviews in order to find out whether the
information about the listings is worthy of investment.
Within a site that has no trial
foreclosure system it makes it easier to know that the
company will be offering plenty of pictures of the houses
within the data. Some groups simply do not offer pictures
of the properties until you agree to pay more, but if you
are already signed up for the program you have an idea of
what you will be getting. A con would be that within a
licensing agreement you may not get exactly what you want,
particularly if you are already locked into an agreement.
Sometimes it can be hard to break out of a contract like
this and they (the company) will continue to charge your
credit card company for the listing services.
Working your way through such corporate
bureaucracy to get the charges off of your credit card can
be difficult and frustrating. It is already stressful
trying to buy a foreclosed home. You often have to pay a
lawyer who is experienced in real estate just to read the
agreement and make sure that everything is above board.
Lawyers can charge extravagant fees and if you are paying
significant fees to look at real estate listings it can do
real damage to your checkbook.
