You can find foreclosure listings that
pertain to every single state in the union. Some states
like Idaho and North Dakota actually have fairly barren
opportunities listed when you go on to check out these
foreclosed properties. This is because within these two
states you have near full employment and when you have near
full employment in these two states you likely won't see as
many properties being foreclosed upon in comparison to what
is available in other states.
Just as an example within North Dakota
you are seeing one, maybe two houses listed per county on
some of these sites as far as foreclosed properties. Some
sites are listing in the neighborhood of fifteen or twenty
properties on average for some counties in states where the
housing crisis has hit hard.
A lot of the houses within some of these
smaller states like Idaho and North Dakota the houses are
still being offered at a price of sixty five thousand
dollars so presumably we are talking about fairly nice
houses if they are going for that price. Remember that we
are not just talking about residential properties when it
comes to these national database. There are also commercial
properties that are listed in many of the sites and
publications. So if you want to snag a good deal on a
commercial property looking at these nationwide databases
may afford you that opportunity, Alaska and Hawaii often
feel ignored when it comes to the sale of items and the
search for federal funds when it comes to important
projects. Well the islands of Hawaii and the boroughs of
Alaska are not left when looking at these foreclosure
databases.
Some of the price on the Hawaii
properties are a lot higher than someone might think if you
have never research this topic in the past. Some of the
foreclosed properties in Honolulu can range in price from
four hundred thousand dollars to six hundred thousand
dollars. The inflated price could partially be due to the
wonderful climate and the beautiful people that live on the
island.
